After spending 18 years based in Marden, the charity will occupy bespoke modular buildings at the 24ha Innovation Park Medway site next to Rochester Airport. Construction is already under way and is expected to be completed for the launch in May 2018.
The charity’s 30 staff will move from Marsden to the new site, which can accommodate around 44 staff.
IPM forms a third of the North Kent Enterprise Zone, which also includes Ebbsfleet Garden City and Kent Medical Campus. The NKEZ showcased various investment opportunities at MIPIM UK in October 2017.
Adrian Bell, chief executive of Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance, said: "It is very exciting for us to be part of Innovation Park Medway.
"At this significant time of development in our service, our new charity offices will enable our hardworking team to foster their creativity and work with volunteers, fundraisers and supporters alike to ensure we can continue being there for the people of Kent, Surrey and Sussex."
